Key Learning

Never underestimate the power of storytelling with simple visualizations. This group might have been unique, but the way they could tell their story with simple iconography was unbelievable. They stopped me from taking a more high-fidelity approach to telling their story. It might be too simplistic for a sophisticated audience, but they knew their group. Additionally, I realized new ways Service Design within change management is an incredibly challenging but rewarding problem space because we can reflect, evolve and make the future organizational leaders need to compete.
