The Ask

Re-imagine the way Health Care Providers experience medical sample selection. Additionally we were asked to close gaps in the service that were creating cart abandonment rate of 40%.

  • Simplified registration removing several points of friction on sample authorization at checkout
  • A scalable user interface with the flexibility to accommodate any internal or external brand
  • Provided annotated designs and knowledge-sharing sessions with our technical partners
  • Within the first six months of implementation, the business saw a 12% decrease in abandoned carts
  • Improved the reliability and clarity of regulatory reporting

Key Learning

There is no substitute for showing another person what you mean. Our work on this project created a high-visibility example of what our team could do with a complex problem quickly. Additionally, there is value in telling leadership when the project will start and stop. They are far more likely to provide the necessary resources if the time horizon is not infinite.
